Returns

Because our mixes do not contain any preservatives, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order is damaged, please notify us within seven (7) days of receipt of your order, either by email at mail@SouthavenFarm.com, telephone at 512.620.0066, or telephone toll free at 877.764.2836. Once we determine the problem, we can send a replacement product or refund your purchase price, whichever you prefer. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of products only and we will not refund shipping charges. Certain exceptions may apply.
