"I just wanted to drop a quick note about an order I just placed with you. I'm Somersizing and it's really hard to find legal, TASTY whole wheat products. When I saw your website, I thought 'well, might as well try it. It couldn't be any worse than everything else'. I made two batches yesterday, let them cool and then wrapped them individually for the freezer. I just took two of the maple wheat muffins out for my breakfast and warmed them in the microwave. HOLY MOLY!! They were so good, I felt like I was cheating!! I looked at the ingredients on the package again just to make sure ...and lo and behold, I can eat these and they are MOIST and DELICIOUS!! I used paper baking cups and lined the loaf pan with parchment because I can't use any kind of fat to grease the pans.
