Shipping Information

All orders placed with Southaven Farm to be delivered in the 48 contiguous United States are shipped by UPS Ground for a flat rate (20 products maximum, please).

If you require delivery to a United States Post Office Box, you may place an order online for a maximum of six (6) products. For deliveries to military addresses (APO or FPO with a United States zip code only), you may place an order online for a maximum of six (6) products. Orders to be delivered to APO or FPO addresses are sent via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. For deliveries to Alaska or Hawaii, you may place an order online for a maximum of six (6) products. Orders to be delivered to Alaska or Hawaii are sent via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. For deliveries to Canada or other international addresses, please email us at mail@SouthavenFarm.com or telephone long distance at 512 620 0066 for shipping rates. Please advise us of the products and quantity you wish to order so an exact shipping quote may be prepared. Be advised, however, that we have found that between shipping and customs, the charge to our customer almost doubles the price of our products. We recommend that if you will be visiting the US, give us a call and we can arrange to have an order shipped to a hotel, relative's home, etc. We don't wish to discourage ordering but in all good conscience, we feel it is so prohibitively expensive that we don't recommend it.

All orders are processed and shipped 1-5 business days from date of order.

Orders sent to multiple addresses will incur the charge for flat rate shipping to each address.

Southaven Farm does not assume responsibility for orders once they are placed with UPS or the United States Postal Service. In the event an order is not received, please email us at mail@SouthavenFarm.com or telephone toll free at 877 764 2836 (877 SOHAVEN). Until confirmation is received from UPS or the United States Postal Service that an order has been lost, orders cannot be replaced.
